Our Story

We are a family restaurant! A place to call your second home, Hastings Public House features an Eclectic American kitchen with a classy casual feel. Located in the beautiful Hastings Golf Club & Events building, the company was started in November of 2018. You are sure to keep coming back for over-the-top service and a delicious craft menu. Owner, Nicole Sindelar along with the company's General Manager, Kami Hansen have created a family unlike any other. Please come enjoy some time with us.

Our Executive Chef - Brandon Weber

Brandon has been a part of our team since the inception of Hastings Public House and Hastings Golf Club. His passion for the kitchen, food, and people is second to none. He started his career in restaurant kitchens at the age of 14. Recently earning his culinary degree, he has soared within his position as Executive Chef at Hastings Public House and Ideal Catering. He is an essential part of our family and we are blown away by his attention to detail, presentation, leadership, and creativity.
